Restoration of DPF filters and catalytic converters is carried out when the ceramic cores are damaged, when a replacement part cannot be found on the market or the price of a new part is too high.

Diagnostics and measuring:
We perform comprehensive diagnostics, where we use flow measurements to assess the degree of blockage and a special camera to detect any damage to the filter or catalytic converter. At this stage, we also identify the potential cause of the clogging.
Component removal:
The filter element is carefully removed from the exhaust system, allowing for a thorough inspection and access to all areas that require treatment.
Restoration:
The ceramic core is either replaced or restored. We use the original housing during the process, allowing for precise restoration and easy reinstallation of the DPF filter or catalytic converter. The ceramic cores used are of original shape and manufactured according to exact specifications of precious metal coating.
Reassembly and testing:
Once the results are satisfactory, the filter or catalytic converter is reinstalled into the exhaust system. We then perform final diagnostics to confirm that the required efficiency and emissions standards have been met.
