Our company, Novak, izpušni sistemi, d.o.o., manufactures high-quality exhaust systems in our own production facilities, where we use the latest technology to ensure the long-term reliability and durability of our products.

We manufacture both seam-welded and pressed exhaust mufflers, which are intended for a wide range of vehicles, from passenger cars to trucks and industrial machinery.

Our products are made of sheet metal and tubing, protected on both sides with a layer of corrosion-resistant aluminium. This ensures a longer lifespan and resistance to all weather conditions.

The entire production process, from development to the manufacturing of the item, takes place in a highly automated and specialized production facility.

All parts are precisely measured during the development process using a 3D measuring arm. The measurements are used to create a 3D model, which is then used to prepare individual parts of the exhaust system. This ensures high precision and top quality of our items. This also guarantees 100% compatibility of our products with all original parts found on vehicles.

Just as matching original parts is key to installing our exhaust system, developing and optimizing the muffler system is key to vehicle performance. The entire exhaust muffler system is developed and manufactured in-house. This ensures optimal flow, which enables efficient engine performance, and a structural layout that provides sound absorption from the engine and quiet operation of your vehicle.

We follow our own strict quality standards in production and development. The quality standards include the use of quality materials and a composition that does not reduce the stability of the material with holes at critical points. This reduces or even completely eliminates the possibility of damage to your vehicle's exhaust silencing system.
